Based in the north of England and coming from a Hip Hop background, Reality? covers all genres in the "Urban" music category, often focusing on Reggae & Dancehall or Commercial Hip Hop & R'n'B, but also touching on Grime, Bassline, Soul, Funk etc. From his meaningful and thought provoking rap and poetry sets, to his party rocking DJ & MC sets, Reality? has forged his own path. With one foot firmly in the underground and one foot clearly visible in the commercial scene it has been left to the crowd to choose which elements and aspects of this entertainer they would like to see more of.

Managing to continue his work in local schools teaching about mental health issues (through music) & giving the youth a more positive outlook on life, Reality? divides his time between gigs, recording, putting on events, running www.realbeats.com, Mud Family and other duties as best possible.

And to think, it all started with a Distinction in Music Industry Studies @ Newark & Sherwood college, and putting on events for the under 18s because he felt his generation weren't being provided for.

Finally … One question often asked is .. "Reality? - why the name?" .. Apart from speaking on topics in his raps that are very real and close to heart, the name itself stems from the belief that perception is often a greater force than fact. Meaning that if you believe something to be true, you will act accordingly, and this is why the question mark at the end of Reality? is so important, it takes the word and name in a very different direction.
